An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
From start to finish, the experience was professional and the quality of workmanship was great. The initial inspection of the roof was free of charge and the estimate was detailed and very comprehensive, with a menu of different options, and all the steps that they would perform during the installation. (Compared to other estimates I received I found this checklist very helpful in understanding what I was getting for my money). With my new roof, I now have peace of mind and it looks great too!
