BEWARE VERY WARY OF HORIZON RENOVATIONS! I'm very sorry I didn't see the previous review because he is completely accurate. The owner Benny also operates under the name Chung's Renovations and advertises in Kijiji. His new phone number is 416.616.9038 as I'm sure he has to change his number often to hide from disgruntled clients. He claims to have over 30 years experience but he and his "crew" were worse than HORRIBLE - inept, careless, bad workmanship! I hired him to do demo work, framing, plastering popcorn ceiling and some electrical. They could barely do the demo work; they couldn't do framing properly and the plaster work was so pathetic that I had to hire a real plasterer to do the work properly. None of his "crew" are licensed as he claims. I'm taking this him to court. This "business" should not be allowed to operate. They give good contractors a bad name.

Ask for money all the way through, may even want full payment before completion. Careless workmanship. Inferior materials.
Constantly trying to create extras.
