We hired Floors Direct North to instal carpeting and laminate flooring in our newly renovated basement. Not only was the price amazing for a high quality product, but we couldn't have asked for a better vendor to work with. From the staff in their Newmarket store location, to the two men who did the installation, everyone we dealt with was friendly, kind and professional.
When I returned home after the installation was complete, you would have never known we had contractors in our house. The place was spotless and the work was exceptional. They even took the time to follow up with a phone call to ensure we were happy with the job before finalizing our payment.
