Installing stairs carpet to two sets of stairs
We were referred by a friend, and after we saw the work they did for her and being so nice to her because she had just lost her husband. He had be in the store prior snd was pleased with what he saw, Jeannie remembered him. This meant a lot to us and we had been in mind to get caarpet for both set of stairs (main floor and basement). We went to the shop and our friend hadn't been wrong about Jeannie, she was so busy at the time and seemed to be rushed off her feet but she had time to spend with us. What a wonderful lady she is. Of course we purchased from her and made arrangements and above all the price was terrific. The installers arrived right on time and got to work right away, they were fantasticn and friendly, cleaned up when finished. We are very pleased to say that we have no problem referring them to anyone and have done so already.
Jeannie puts your faith in customer service again. Thanks guys and will be back.
