Replacing old clay sewer pipes.
I met Stephen Brodar of Rooter Man when my neighbour had sewer back up in his basement. Stephen offer to camera my sewer pipes to check their condition, since mine were the same age as my neighbour’s. (60 plus years).
My pipes were degraded and sewer back up was an inevitable event, unless the pipes were upgraded.
Stephen, did all the necessary paper work for necessary building permits and started the very next day. The crew was prompt, professional and attentive to all my concerns.
I have astroturf, and was concerned about how they were going to dig. They folded my turf over during work and placed it all back when the work was complete.
Stephen scheduled an inspection from the city inspector for my $1200 subsidy from the city.
The work was completed on schedule and the site was left neat and tidy.
