bought coast spa hot tub june 2009; feb 2010 called service and tech has still continually not fixed problems that he kept creating. we received a new remote march 2010 but no lights were working and remote could not be hooked up because tech did not receive small computer box to install. picked up the box apr 30, 2011 told have to pay for service to install. remote was defective since we bought it. poor service; no phone calls back; tech does not work there no more. do not recommend international pool and spa, sudbury store.
