New Air Conditioning and Furnace System
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Philip installed an air conditioning unit and new furnace for us and was a complete professional from start to finish.
His quote was very reasonable and he was straightforward with what he would do and why. He was also one of the only people we spoke with who seemed to be knowledgeable about the Ontario building codes we would have to work with. He was easily accessible by phone and email, which contributed to the feeling of great customer service.
When the work was being done, all of his people were super respectful of us and our house, as well as being really good at their jobs. Any snags that he came across were brought to our attention and explained really well. We are really happy with our new system and will definitely be calling Luxair with any future needs!
