S.O.S Maintenance

What can I say , I was ready to toss the tub, I was done after dealing with several other spa technitions and what they were going to charge me before they even looked at the tub, some companies even wanted to charge travel time. Scott came by took a look and had it fixed in no time and at little cost, he even took apon himself to fix little things and not charge me 100% completely satisfied with service I highly recommend SOS to everybody I know who has a spa or pool.

We moved to a new home last year that has a hot tub. Scott was very knowledgable and helped us with the information we needed to understand how to set up and take care of our hot tub. He was very helpful when we needed new parts and was able to either guide us to the proper part vendor or order the parts for us himself. Scott was then able to install the parts promptly. Scott is very professional and we would definitely use his services again.

I called Scott to repair my hot tub, he was fast, efficient, courteous and professional. He was able to order the part I needed and got me up and running in 24hours! I am very impressed and would recommend him to anyone who has a hot tub.

Scott was great to deal with....he was more interested in making sure I was taken care of than he was billing me...which is rare in a contractor these days. My hot tub wouldn't heat the water and I know that if it was a pump that was burnt out it would be covered under warranty by the store I purchased it from....but I didn't know if that was the case. Scott came over regardless and checked it out for me and discovered it was in fact a burnt out circulation pump. He didn't charge me anything but simply asked that I consider using his services in the future....I definitely will...that kind of honesty is hard to come by. Thanks Scott !!!

We called SOS Maintenance because our hot tub pump wouldn't work. Scott initially tried to troubleshoot over the phone to save us the labour charge. When that didn't work, he immediately set up an appointment to come over and fix it. We ultimately had to replace the pump - he arranged for it quickly and had it installed within 24 hours! Overall, we were very happy with the service and will be recommending SOS Maintenance to all of our friends.

I changed hot tub maintenance service provider earlier this year. SOS Maintenance has now serviced my tub twice for separate issues. Service in both instances was excellent, very satisfied. Scott, the company owner, is highly knowledgable, efficient, competitive and professional. Very happy with service, and would highly recommend.

The technician didnt return phone calls when he said he would. He also made an appointment and then did not call or show up. My husband had to rearrange his schedule in order to accommodate this time.

My hot tub was a mess and we thought that we would have to drain and unplug it and call it quits! We thought the pipes had burst!
I called SOS and was re-assured that it could be fixed.
They came the same day! I had two pumps broken. A broken salt water generator. A filthy tub because of the broken salt generator and lots of other little things building up for years.
SOS was great. Fast and very knowledgable and assured me that my tub had years of life left.
What was the best part was being shown how to use the chemicals.
I would recommend SOS to everyone.
