We called SOS Maintenance because our hot tub pump wouldn't work. Scott initially tried to troubleshoot over the phone to save us the labour charge. When that didn't work, he immediately set up an appointment to come over and fix it. We ultimately had to replace the pump - he arranged for it quickly and had it installed within 24 hours! Overall, we were very happy with the service and will be recommending SOS Maintenance to all of our friends.
