We emailed Chris on a Sunday morning and in the afternoon we got a response with a quote. He was very courteous and honest. Instead of replacing the garage door opener and other parts, he explained to us that we do not need to do any of that. Instead, he reattached the cables back in place and also sprayed all the remaining parts to make sure everything works well. We have already given his phone number to someone who is interested in having their garage door replaced and we will definitely call him again should we have any more problems. Highly recommend him.

The torsion spring on my rickety old (circa 1978) garage door split in two one night, and this is a big problem since my wife needs to park in the garage. It happened on Friday night in between 2 brutal cold waves. The old garage door stopped in the middle and did not move. My door would get almost all the way down and then seemed like it was hitting something and going back up. Of course it wasn't so I called Chris. He came as soon as he could and inspected the whole unit. Turns out the opener was just very old and didn't receommend I spend any money on it. He sprayed all the moving parts with some teflon lube and it still works great. He even refused to take a tip as payment as he didn't feel like he earned it. What a refreshing change. When my opener needs replacing there is only one call I'm going to make and that is to Chris.
