The reason I decided to use Easy Access was that Chris was honest and up-front on the phone. He tried to diagnose the problem with me on the phone and even gave me a quote based on what he thought the problem was. I never felt like he was going to try to up-sell me on extras that I didn't need. They showed up on time, did the work quickly and professionally and the price was what was quoted on the phone.
