We are again very pleased with Delta Classic Homes and the work that they performed for us this past month. We contacted Avi because he and his team did such a great job for us last year when we had our interlock walkways and curbing replaced, concrete porch resurfaced, a backyard patio constructed and the driveway repaved.

This time the work consisted of demolishing and rebuilding a retaining wall beside external stairs that lead to our basement and fixing the drain at the bottom of the stairs. We also had 3 pot lights installed in the soffit above our garage door.

Avi was able to immediately schedule the work after we contacted him and the work was completed within a very reasonable amount of time especially considering the extremely uncooperative weather.

Again Ladi and his crew were extremely pleasant and professional, keeping us informed regarding both the process and the progress of the work. Whenever we contacted Avi or Ladi with questions they responding promptly and pleasantly. Working with Ladi was wonderful. He and his crew were very hard working and a complete joy to work with.

We had our driveway extended using interlocking stone. The outcome was exceptional! The workers were very professional. It only took them a few days to finish the project and they cleaned up after themselves. They also provided advice on how to properly maintain the stone.

Overall very pleased with the service!

I needed to extend the stone patio in my backyard, Avi's team did it flawlessly. I was very happy with their work, it was done on time and for a fair price.

Back in October we contracted Avi with Delta Classic Homes to complete a patio job as well as some other odd jobs around our home. We were very pleased with the quality of workmanship and honesty we received from both Avi and his staff. We always hear horror stories about contractors not completing jobs and not showing up when they are supposed to. Avi (sales) and his highly professional crew did a fantastic job replacing our old natural stone walkway and front porch which also required new cement work to correct problems with the original installation. His crew worked long hours to ensure the work was completed on time and I can't think of anything that they could have done better. We had a leak in the basement and the wall needed to be fixed. Delta came in and finished the wall, added a cupboard and painted. Later on we added a vinyl floor to the basement. the installer was a pleasure to work with, especially inside the house. Work was clean and quiet and we are very happy. Delta is great at staying in touch throughout the whole project. Avi came to visit and was available on the phone anytime we called. Just a pleasure to work with.
