Hellen, This rating is unfortunate, your work was done perfectly, it is very strong, beautiful and the whole neighbourhood is talking about it. No one has a nicer driveway, porch and patio then you. I came over multiple times to address your concerns and had the impression we were on track for a satisfied customer. If you've been told that you could have done it cheaper and it made you upset you should've addressed it with us and we would've been happy to explain the reasons for our rates. The people that put silicone on your driveway were cheap and you saw what happened. There are genuine reasons why we levy the fees that we do. We wish you the best.
