An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I was very pleased with Western Windows installation of a large window with wind out section in our bathroom. The two installers arrived on time, were pleasant and friendly, efficient and professional. They answered my questions and demonstrated how to open and close and lock the window and to remove the screen. The price was the same as quoted in the estimate and the window was as ordered.. They did a good job . I have already recommended the company to others and will continue to do so. It is great to have a window that opens and closes easily!
