Jeanne came out to our home. He was professional, polite, clean and knowledgeable about the systems in our home.

I showed him where everything was located and he went to work. If Jeanne saw something that was questionable, he pointed it out and asked us how we wanted to proceed. By the time he had finished the job, I felt like we were old friends.
