This is the 2nd home inspection we have used Clearview home inspections for over the last 5 years. I wouldn't think to use anyone else for a second. Tom's work is impecable, his detailed inspections and level of professionalism are rare to find in the industry. His attention to detail and level of explaining to the end user how certain things may be a concern leaves me at peace knowing i will not have any future possible costly surprises.
