An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Before booking I called Tom and asked a lot of questions about what would be covered with the various options he offered. Very helpful and answered all my questions.
We ended up choosing the Extended Plus package including the infrared camera and air sampling. In our case the infrared was very useful, as much of the basement is finished. I would highly recommend this option.
The report was sent over promptly, and will remain very useful as a to-list for items in the house. Lots of pictures make the issues clear.
Tom was very professional and knowledgeable. He took time to go answer all our (many) questions. Thanks Tom, we really appreciated your efforts!
