Home Inspection and Infrared Scan and Air Sampling for Mold
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Great Inspection. After reading the reviews on Homestars we contacted Tom to perform his "Plus" inspection, because we wanted the most comprehensive and thorough inspection possible before making an offer on a home. This included a Infrared camera scan and air testing for mold. The extra cost for these comprehensive services was *well* worth it. We were very happy with the way Tom went through the home and explained the various issues. His report was very clear and gave my girlfriend and I confidence in making our decision to proceed with an offer on this home. Well done!
