Home Inspection review in

We had a home inspection with Thomas from ClearView Home & Property Inspections last week. He was very friendly but we found that he did not tell us anything we already did not know. He didn't even notice the mould in the basement until I pointed it out to him. He could not answer most of the question we had. He did not go through anything thoroughly. He breifly looked at the plumbing and exterior and did not write anything down. The printed inspection I found to be very generic, a cut and paste program.
Bottom line:
I found the service a waste of my money and would not recommend this company to anyone who even knows a little bit about homes. The only useful bit was the thermal imaging.

- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Do not use Clearview!
