Clearview Home & Property Inspections

We're so glad that we chose ClearView for our home inspection! We were both highly impressed by Tom's credentials, professional experience and number of years he's been in the business. Upon meeting Tom, we instantly felt a sense of comfort - he's personable, detail oriented and walks you through the entire inspection, encouraging us to ask questions while he's taking pictures of his findings. I'm sure we both asked some questions that came across as silly, but Tom never made us feel that way. His attitude is "no question is a silly question" - which put us both at ease. Being that this is our first home purchase, we both wanted peace of mind that we were making a good decision - and I believe we did, and we can't wait to move!! :)

We opted for the Traditional and Extended Home Inspection which entailed a thorough visual inspection as well as infrared thermal imaging. This was all nicely put together in an easy to read, detailed report filled with pictures and explanations of his findings. There was LOTS of helpful information included in the report that seemed to go above and beyond his inspection.
