Tom is incredibly friendly and clearly explained the entire process to us - both up front and as we went along. I felt comfortable having him in my home, and he knew our questions before we asked - a sign of his experience and expertise.
The follow up report was comprehensive documentation of what he covered in person - there were no surprises but it reminded us of some of the things he had pointed out!
