After reading his amazing reviews, and knowing our realtor has worked with him many times, we knew we had to call Reliable Home Inspection! Manjur explained what he was going to do before he started. During the inspection, he came to us and showed us issues/concerns he had, and always gave his suggestions and thoughts. He was so incredibly thorough, honest, and helpful, and saved us thousands of dollars!!! When we walked away from this home, Manjur worked with us again on the home inspection for the home we now own. He even went above and beyond and offered his professional advice on a small crack that needed fixing in our current home, which was not accurately evaluated by the buyers' inspector.
