Brent & Bryce installed the furnace in May and did a fantastic job! The two of them seemed to work very well together. I required some additonal work to be done this month and Mark was just as courteous and efficient as the other two. Due to a mix up in communication the appointment was not set but Mark came out immediately when the error was discovered and completed the work. Thank you Mark!

I initially went with the furnace company on recommedation from my family. I spoke to Gerry S. about my needs at my local Costco. He was very helpful and explained all of the costs. Dan D. came to my house to confirm the quote and set up a date. He was very approachable and made the first part of my purchase easy. I had Mark I and Jamie B out to install air conditioning and a humidifier. They showed up right in the middle of the window I was given. The install was quite difficult due to the setup of my utility room. They found a solution and went above and beyond to get everything completed. They answered all questions I had and took extra time to explain how everything worked. They also cleaned as they worked so there was never a big mess. The whole process was quick and easy from start to finish. I am very happy with my entire purchase, can't wait until summer! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Great company! From Dave the sales guy, the installers to Mark I and Mark S and Caitlyn in the office everyone was great! I will definitely recommend them to friends and family and will use them for future maintenance.

Thank you to Jeff who came on time to clean our furnance. He did a thourogh job and pointed out features of the furnace I should be aware of. He also recommended other mainteance we should consider. Price was fair.

Jeff came within a few hours when our 3 year old furnace went on the blink. He tackled the problem with troubleshooting all within about 10 minutes. I would give Jeff 10 stars and the company 8 stars only because not all the employees are as efficient to that degree.

The service technician was on time and called before he came. He respected my home and cleaned up. The furnace service was accomplished and he found a few small improvements to the furnace operation and implemented them. The best part was that I explained some water drainage problems I'd had since another company had installed the furnace in 2006 and he inspected the venting system for me. He said that the vent pipes were installed incorrectly (wrong sloping and wrong pipe lengths) and suggested that I have the furnace re-vented to eliminate the water drainage problems. I'll have The Furnace Company revent the furnace.

Everything exceeded my expectations and was above average in my dealings (based on previous contractors) with Reliance Furnace Company. Starting with Chris, the salesman (who is actually a tradesman with installation experience). He was honest, straight forward and answered all my questions. He provided a detailed, line by line accurate quote in writing before he left the house. I had questions later which he followed up quickly by email. Installation took place within a week of accepting the quote. The installers Aaron and Shaun were courteous, knowledgeable and fast. The job was finished ahead of the estimated time. Aaron took his time going over the instructions and programming with me. There was an issue the same day with the batteries in the C02 detector due to the cold storage in the truck. Service Tech Jeff came out that same day and corrected it. My wife and I are very pleased with our new furnace and water heater and the service we received.

Nolan and Aaron were punctual and very efficient. They replaced my old furnace. Excellent work ethic and knowledgeable of their product. I would definitely use Reliance the Furnace Company for any future home heating/plumbing concerns. Highly recommend Nolan and Aaron to my friends and family

Jeff Rose came out when I noticed some leakage around the condensation reservoir. He repaired the reservoir and provided maintenance on the furnace. A very friendly and knowledgeable guy! Same company did a good job installing the furnace 5 years ago. Highly recommend them!

Furnace didn't ignite. Furnace Company came same day. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable repairman (Jeff R) diagnosed problem and made repair. Had been told we needed expensive new part by other repair service. Not needed. Big savings.
