From the initial contact with The Furnace Company to follow up service we had nothing but excellent service. The Furnace Company set up an appointment with one of their sales reps for the next day. Dave was knowledgeable about the products the company sold and gave us guidelines as to what he thought the best options were. There was no pressure to sign a contract at the time of the appointment. The installation happened within two days of our decision to go with The Furnace Company. Jamie and Jordon were fast and efficient. They explained everything they did and were very patient about answering our questions. They laid down drop cloths to keep our floors clean and removed their shoes if they had to move beyond the drop cloths. We had some minor issues after installation with our thermostat and Jeff came out promptly to replace it. We would gladly recommend this company to friends, family and neighbours who are in the market for a new furnace or hot water tank.

The house got cold on a very cold day! Furnace failure. Called RelianceTFC for help and they said they would send a Tech ASAP.
When the Technician phoned he said he would be right over. Mr. Jeff Rose arrived at the house and he was very courteous, knowledgeable , well-trained and experienced. Jeff was very careful to do a PROPER ANALYSIS of the problem before he told us what the problem was and what was required to repair it properly. The repair was done and then he tested the system to ensure that all was well. He explained each part of the invoice to us and offered a protection-plan as well to cover future problems. What a "superstar" professional. We then had a nice warm house again and fears of frozen plumbing were gone. Thanks Jeff and TFC. Will recommend to others.

Furnace wasn't working. Called several companies for emergency repair. Reliance gave me information as to the approx. cost and they came to the house within 3 hours. Every other company I called estimated at least a 6 hour wait.
The man that came was very helpful and professional. Very good experience. Will recommend to friends and family.

Last week, at minus 15 degrees, the furnace stopped working at 8 pm. I googled the Shell Busey website and then called Reliance, The Furnace Company. Jeff, their Service Tech, responded and before 10 pm, the repair was complete and the heat was back on.

I used Reliance for the install of our air conditioning and I was so impressed by the installers and the company in general that I thought they would be a great choice to clean our furnace as well.

Not as impressed with this side of their company. I was told they would arrive between 12 pm & 4 pm, they didn't arrive until 5:30 pm and I did not receive a phone call telling me this until 3:45 pm so I stayed home all afternoon for nothing. The guys they sent to do this job not nearly as professional as their other employees. They were not particularly careful with their equipment on my freshly painted walls or my hardwood floor. One of them went out the back door to access something and then came back in on the hardwood leaving piles of snow all over. I chose this company because of my previous experience, they were definitely not the best price. I will not be calling them back next year to clean my furnace.

Reliance quoted, and delivered exactly what they promised. The weather as well as the project were not exactly as the installers (Aaron and Nolan) expected however that didn't stop them from being professional, and pleasent the entire time. Aaron and Nolan were punctual, very clean and considerate of my home, and open to all my questions. Infact part way through the installation I pulled up in my truck with bundles of insulation for the basement, and one of the installers stopped what he was doing and started hauling bundles for me...talk about customer service. In summary, the installation was precise, clean, accurately installed, without any discrepancy to the initial quote. Reliance does set a standard to be followed in the industry!

Mark, Dave, Tyler & Mark installed our AC unit today. They were very professional, personable and knowledgeable. They explained to my husband what they were going to do, answered questions and did a great job. Thanks so much!!

Ross and Jamie B. spent a few hours installing 2 new furnaces for us on October 17 and 18. Great fellows, they kept us informed along the way, very respectful, professional and knowledgeable technicians. The utility room looks awesome, nice, tidy and clean (just like the photo gallery). I look forward in doing business with them again in the near future on my rental property. Great service from the start with the Sales department - Chris M, Caitlyn in finance and all the technicians who were on site including the electricians. Thank you for a job well done!

I called Reliance to book a service call as neither my home or garage furnace were working and I have never been so impressed with a company's level of service in my life!
The receptionist who answered the phone was very helpful and gave me a checklist of options to try prior to booking the appointment which was appreciated very much!
The technician, Jeff Rose, who came to my home was simply amazing. His knowlege and expertise was extraordinary to say the least. He truly is a master at his craft!
Jeff took one look at the Lennox furnace in my basement and announced that he thought he knew what the problem might be. He cleaned out a small tube the gas flows through and voila, the furnace was running again!
He then looked at the Reznor gas furnace mounted on the ceiling of my garage and again immediately diagnosed the problem. There was a reset button on top of the unit that I was unaware of and had to be accessed by standing on a step ladder but Jeff knew it was there and after resetting the furnace it fired up immediately.
Given that I know very little about furnaces and could have easily been charged for unecessary and costly repairs, I feel fortunate to have chosen Reliable and that Jeff and the receptionist who booked my call were so honest, helpful and professional. How refreshing it was to have had such a positive experience with a company!
I would recommend Reliable highly to everyone I know!
