Charlene, my sales rep, was outstanding from beginning to end - she not only had good product knowledge, but was my advocate from pricing to final installation. She either had answers to every question or immediately got the answers and stayed in touch with me until the job was completed. Aaron and Mike did the installation two days after I finalized the agreement and were very skilled and efficient. They arrived at 8:30 and were completely finished and cleaned up by 3:00 pm. This is my second major purchase recently for which I have used reviews from HomeStars to assist with my final decision and once again, I am very happy that I did.
