Roof was installed completely wrong and not reported, shingles now falling off the house

6 years after buying a home that Cabin to Castle inspected for us, we now have to replace a roof in which apparently nothing was installed correctly. Shingles aren't overlapped properly, not enough nails were used in each shingle, and the nails aren't in the nail strips, vents and edging aren't installed properly. Roofing contractors we've contacted didn't even have to get onto the roof to see that it was only a matter of time until the shingles started falling off or flying away completely.
