I used these guys to clean my carpet this past weekend. They explained to me my options, and explained that some stain might not be able to come out of my carpet. I took the chance and got them to do the 'Whole nine' for me ... My Place smelt and looked much better, however some stains remained, which was explained in the beginning. If stains are in you carpet and your looking for a carpet cleaner to remove them, you might have a 50/50 shot at it. good luck and thanks for the good job
