Heating and A/C install

My wife and I met Heath the salesperson at the Edmonton Home and Garden show. He showed great Knowledge and understanding to our questions. We meet with him a few days later and our install was arranged. My wife was left to greet the installers as I was scheduled to be out of town. My wife expressed that the crew as a whole were friendly and easy to deal with. As the installed progressed the plastic pipes were not insulated that went through the wall. They were not sealed on the outside of the house with silicone and you could see daylight in the basement through the holes.. When asked if they would fix it, they only screwed the plastic caps to the outside of the house. One was broken and just left without being replaced. When the crew left they had removed the door for the room they were working in and did not put it back on when complete.
We contacted Heath and Donna at the office the next day. One of the employees Levi, responded to our concerns early morning and he was very professional and quick with the repairs.
We would like to thank Heath, Donna, Brad and Levi for their professionalism and attention to our concerns. They have stated to us that they would talk to their crew.

$15,000.00
What could this company do to improve their services?
As with all companies in Alberta employee workforce is always hard to keep stable. Finding quality trainable people is key to a great install.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
If possible they should ask if an inspection through out the install can be done periodically.
