Update*** Jordan showed up on Oct 3 and fixed the shingles.
Jordan of Dry Home Roofing promised my Mom that he's coming over on Oct 1 to fix the shingles but he didn't show up. My Mom sent texts, left a message on his phone but still waiting for him to hear back.
