Reface Magic

A few years ago they did our kitchen. New countertop and all cabinets and doors. They modernized the cupboards by bringing them right to the ceiling. Looks so beautiful. We needed our 2 bathrooms reface as well as new countertops. Again, he (Joel) did an awesome job. Our bathrooms are now modern and awesome looking. Don't hesitate to call Reface Magic to do your kitchen and or bathrooms.

Two estimators came out separately to measure and assess cupboards for refacing
Both cleared my kitchen, however, my contractor discovered that once the original hinges were removed the cupboards were not suitable to be refaced as they were damaged by water for some time and many areas would not sustain a new hinge and door front
Company unwilling to consider this matter further, was obligated for 80% of the costs in the end
I priced out an entirely new kitchen, with a new island in fact, came out to $200 cheaper than the overall cost of refacing a kitchen that neither estimator told me would perhaps not be in my best interest, due to structural, and overall integrity of the original cupboards.
My advice: do your research and price out your own entire kitchen, you will be surprised how the value is not that dissimilar when compared to this reface what ever you would call this
I ended up purchasing a completely new and installed kitchen, better than original floor plan with more space, from LOEWS. They carry the same quality of product and you can customize to your heart's desire,
Be aware, these estimators do not look and check to make sure your original kitchen is 100%, because according to a manager (Pierre) with NuBold (makers of the door fronts), he stated that if your cupboards "are ok looking and good enough", they will install whatever.

We are absolutely thrilled with our kitchen renovation! All the people we dealt with during this process were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. (Christie, Ken, John, Amber and Joel)

We had the cupboards extended to the ceiling with crown moulding, soft close hinges, installed a pull out pantry, lazy susan, and other pull out drawers. We also chose a quartz countertop from Cascade Countertops.

At installation, however, a few doors and a side panel were delivered with slightly incorrect measurements. John immediately reordered the correct sizes and went about doing his "magic" with the product on site. HIs attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship needs to be recognized.
Working an extra day on his own, he completed our kitchen renovation with such expertise, only we knew where the problems were. A couple of weeks later, the new doors and panel were installed in under 2 hours and our beautiful kitchen was ready for Christmas!

We entered this process knowing that we were going to choose a new sink and faucet, and shopped around. The backsplash was going to be installed by a relative, so we were able to take advantage of his tile account.

We would highly recommend Reface Magic to anyone wanting a reasonably priced renovation without having to do a total "gut job".

Extremely poor customer service. I've been dealing with Reface since November 2016, and I'm still telephoning them to get the kitchen finished. I don't know how many times I've phoned and nobody returns my calls Today when I called, I was told I wasn't telling the truth about setting a definite time and date. After dealing with them for these many months, you can bet I wouldn't miss a scheduled date! The cupboards are just fine, but the counter still needs to be addressed. Common courtesy and common sense is truly lacking with this company.

Disappointed. Poor customer service. Took their full money and didn't finish their work. Poor work around the microwave as they " don't install appliances" and want more money to come fix their poor work. Certainly I don't recommend them to anyone. 2 drawers are not opening properly and sometimes get stuck and won't close and "this is the best we can do" is what they will say!

We hired Reface Magic to do the cupboards as part of our major kitchen and main-floor bathroom renovation and could not be happier. From the sales rep to the installers, all of the staff was professional, accommodating and focused on what we wanted. Our sales rep provided great ideas which improved the overall design and really added to the final product. They added a top shelf and installed new top-to-bottom doors which resulted in taking it from a dated to a modern kitchen at a fraction of what it would have cost us to have replaced the cupboards entirely. I highly recommend this company and, in fact, am working with them again now as we are renovating our two second-floor bathrooms. Reface Magic come to our home to change the face of our kitchen and bathroom cabinets and replace the laminate kitchen counters.
We asked for a range of quotes from a very basic refresh to adding a wall of cabinets and pantry.
Steve Moore the salesman gave us the 3 options and the approximate cost.
After some consideration, we went with the biggest change, which added more than half new cabinets and extensive increase in our counter space.
The price was dependent on the final measure, and when that occurred the price did increase, but not unreasonably.

The install team of Colton and Austin did an excellent job!
Very considerate, kept the dust and dirt to a minimum.
They cleaned up after each day, kept us informed of the status of the job, when they would be leaving and coming the next day.
They completed the job on time.
The counters were then measured and we got our counter tops when promised.
The counter top install team was every bit as professional as Colton's team.

We did have a snag getting the microwave installed, but Ken from Reface came, verified and had a crew in our home quickly to resolve the issue.

I would highly recommend Reface magic to complete your kitchen or bathroom cabinet work.
The before and after pictures are amazing and having lived with our new kitchen for a few weeks now, we are extremely satisfied!

All good until warranty issues. The manager is very ignorant and not willing to help. Had work done 3 yrs ago. Now issues they won't even look at it unless you pay. They are contractor through home depot. I would never deal with them again. Shop around first.

when kitchen magic came in they were very punctual, very clean, professional. Even fixed up and issue with a mis-ordered part within a very reasonable time frame with no extra charge to us.
