I was told by Todd that the new cabinets would have the same footprint as the old ones. , so that I wouldn't need to paint the walls, only the ceiling.. Obviously Ken measured incorrectly and the new cabinets are over an inch shorter than they should be.
Neither Todd nor Ken will acknowledge this mistake, and I'm left with an unfinished wall.
Todd claimed from the beginning that their work was not completed if the customer was not happy.
Well, I'm not happy.
I have no complaint with the cabinets themselves, nor with the very fine work by John who installed them.
My main complaint is about them not addressing the obvious mistake in measuring the cabinets.
Their indifferent attitude shows that once they have your money, they want nothing to do with you.

Hi there. As mentioned we completed the work as per your signed contract. . We will not make promises we cannot keep, anything we do is as per contract only. All measurements are on the contract and we have you sign with your approval. Todd may have said we would try our best to cover the paint line, but with existing cabinets in place we can only do our best to measure for new cabinets. In order for us to guarantee the paint line be covered, we would have had to remove all cabinetry and then measure. Causing you weeks of inconvenience.
We apologize that you are not happy with having to paint, but with renovations, sometimes this is unavoidable
