Imperial Roofs

I had 5 quotes to get my roof repaired and Imperial roof came in the middle for cost. So I read countless reviews and also looked them up on the Better Business Bureau, both with excellent ratings. What really impressed me, with Imperial Roofs is in some of the reviews they had issues and the way dealt/resolved those issues in a quick and professional manner, really demonstrated accountability and how they stand by their work.

They were easy to deal with and always responded to emails and phone calls. On the date of installation they were showed up on time and placed tarps on the floor and sheets of plywood protecting every window/neighbours window.; they were so efficient and brought the appropriate number of employees, to get the job done in one day. They cleaned up after themselves and trust me I checked and could not find one nail or broken shingle on my property. I am really impressed with Imperial Roofs and even my neighbours, have asked for their contact info, because they observed the quality of workmanship and efficiencies that Imperial Roofs employs.

The end to end experience was extremely satisfying. I gave the company a call based on a recommendation from a neighbour for an in home consultation to replace my roof. Mike came by the next day as promised and he already taken a look at my roof with some pictures taken so our discuss was thorough and precise. Mike also provided options on using different materials with pros and cons. I gave the go ahead a few days later. Stephane called yesterday to confirm the date of work. The team came on time and quickly set up the site with my deck and walkways fully covered. The roof replacement work was done quickly (I later learned that Imperial provided some extra crew to speed up the work because bad weather was in the forecast). The crew were professional and courteous and they finished the work on schedule and clean up the site quickly before they leave. I can say that you almost didn't realize a major work has just taken place earlier. I highly recommend Imperial Roofs to anyone who is considering replacing a roof. Thanks for job well done.

Stephane was very professional in helping assess a roof repair/leak. He was very patient and thorough as I showed him the damage seen the inside of the house. He later took me up on the roof to show and explain where the issue was and he walked me through how he was going to repair. I was very impressed that he sent me photos and descriptions which outlined all of the issues and fixes he had performed 10 minutes after he had left. I would definitely call Stephane again in future and would recommend him to others.

This is our second time using Imperial Roofs. FIrst time was to repair blown off shingles. This time it was to replace the entire roof. Stephan and his team are the best. Stephan came out to inspect our roof immediately and was able to fit us in his busy schedule. Stephan did a great job recommending shingles and colours that matched our brick colour. His crew came on time and were fast and professional. Clean up was also pretty much spotless. Communication was prompt and price was reasonable. Can't ask for anything more. We are so happy with our new roof. We would not hesitate in recommending Stephan and his team.

Contacted a very courteous Stephen back in November of 2018 because of a leak in the roof, and was given a quote which he honoured when the job was done in April 2019. The friendly crew was at our home exactly at the time specified by Stephan and did an excellent job of re-shingling the roof. Clean up was great. Nothing was left behind. Will highly recommend to anyone.

The guys at Imperial are excellent to deal with, hardworking and polite. Stephen quickly priced the work and Mike ran the job with efficiency. In an 8 AM and finished by 5 PM, all cleaned up like they were never there. It doesnt matter how much you spend on your materials, at the end of the day it's the installation. As an Engineer that's the most important part, and what I value the most. Thanks Imperial.

The guys were great even working in 70km wind gusts, they also did a fantastic job cleaning up the mess. quote was bang on exactly to what was quoted 6 months prior.
