This is our second move in 5 years. Five years ago, we moved with another company, who charged nearly the same amount, with only half the stuff that we had this time, and who dumped us with everything on the main floor in our 3 storey house.
This time around, I decided to go with Cargo Cabbie based on it's reviews. I have to admit, I was a bit nervous because, hey, can a company really get this good reviews without faking it? Turns out that it can.
Because of the amount of stuff we had, we also needed a separate packing day before the move. On the day of the move, the guys showed up on time and kept working until everything was in place to our satisfaction in our new house. By the end, although I could see the guys were tired, they still kept up the good cheer and kept going. Javier, the owner, stopped by in the morning and the office called in several times to check in throughout the process. That's great customer service. Thanks guys!
