My call to DS Plumbing office was handled efficiently, giving me an appointment the next day (good!). The plumber (Marc) arrived on time, was pleasant to deal with and worked hard, including through supper time, to complete the job. We are very satisfied. Thank you.

Workers were pleasant and thorough. Cost was high, but I dont deal with plumbers often, so this job may have been in line with what other plumbers cost.

I called them at 10 pm after findind out that my basement was flooded and my sump pump didn't seem to be working. By 12h30 pm, the work was completed. The plumber was efficient and very nice.
