The service men were friendly and informative. They were clean and kept the work area clean (they had to walk through the house on carpet) using mats/sheets to put down.
The area outside the home was a bit of a struggle as there was some mud and frozen ground they had to work with but they put down a board for them to keep that area clean as well.
One of the service men stayed well beyond the time anticipated as he wanted to make sure things worked 100% properly and there were some wiring issues with our thermostat.
He worked them out and was super pleasant even wit the extra work he had to do!
My husband and I are very pleased with the quality of work. Cleanliness of the work. Organization of the work. And overall finished product installation. Everything is very neat and tidy.
The service man walked me through how everything was done and set up and how it was labeled and how it works!
Very very happy that we decided to use Air Central for our installation of our new Air Condtioner!
Now if only the weather would warm up (considerably) so we can enjoy our new purchase!
