Kitchen Makeovers

I had contacted a few contractors to come give me estimates on replacing my kitchen counter tops and the cost was somewhat intimidating. After a few of them had stopped by for estimating I really didn't feel the professionalism in any and didn't want to spend that type of money without feeling secure with the product I would be getting. I found Tanya from Kitchen Makeovers on the internet and she gave me a different angle of resurfacing my current counter tops which I didn't know was available.Out of all the contractors she was the only one that actually spent the time to take notes on what we were trying to achieve and supplied us with a reasonable estimate to complete the job.

After her first visit we contacted her 10 minutes after she had left to give her the job, very friendly and professional which really made the difference and we felt very comfortable giving her the work. She started on time as scheduled and finished as scheduled leaving us great new resurfaced counters the looked awesome. We made a few scuffs installing the sink a few days after she had finished, I contacted her and she came by a few days later to repair our errors to ensure we were happy with the finished product which I think is great customer service.
