I had sewage backup in my basement. The smell was aweful and I wasn't about to go anywhere near it. They put barricades up to reduce the smell upstairs and removed everything that was affected very fast. I really appriciated that they kept me informed with pictures and documented everything that had to be thrown away for my insurance company.
