We were very pleased with the work Canada's Restoration Services performed in the removal of wood, Gyprock, insulation, and flooring from our basement and the subsequent washing and treatment of the floors and walls due to a mould problem which has now been resolved.
We were pleased to see that our floors were protected with plastic from the constant foot traffic between the basement through the kitchen area to the outside, that our upstairs air quality was preserved by the positioning of a Hepa filter in the kitchen, and that the installation of zippered door barriers kept dust and debris to a minimum.
The team were all well mannered, courteous, and considerate, arriving on time and cleaning up when they left. The personal attention we received from Gabriel, the Ottawa manager, was most appreciated.
