I bought a furnace in Oct. 2016, my sales person Bob was knowledgeable and I had a problem with the new furnace. Called the service dept and they sent out 2 different technicians and they couldn't not find the problem. Spoke to Bob and he sent me out a different service technician, he came into my home and found the problem in 30 seconds. Thank you John for all your help.
