Mersey Heating And Air Conditioning

I called up Mersey in January because I had a concern about our 13 year old furnace. It wasn’t coming on as quickly as it normally would so I placed a call with Mersey Service Experts and a service man came the same day which I was very happy about. He checked it and everything seemed to work fine for him. He said it was probably because of the severe cold - the gas supply through the pipes may be slower than normal. The guy was very, very nice and I’ve always found the staff to be efficient and fast. No problems. I had to pay a fee for the service even though I make a monthly payment, so I’m looking into other packages with this company that might cover visits under the monthly payments. Overall I highly recommend them.
