Tim had been personally recommended to us by a friend - after seeing their transformation, we booked an appt for an estimate online. The online booking and follow up was seamless and Tim was right on time (something that NEVER happens in the reno industry it seems). The tech Erich showed up on time and worked hard to tailor the look just for us. I left my husband in charge (not my smartest move) and wasn't happy with the result when I came home from work. After some discussion, Erich and Tim moved mountains and got us a second appointment. This time I stayed home and worked with Erich to ensure things were looking how I envisioned - Erich was patient and managed to get them EXACTLY how I pictured. Can't say enough about the great service, terrific end product, and lovely staff (and I'm one heck of a tough customer!) You're in good hands with these guys, if they say they will do something, it will get done! This is a great option for a starter home such as ours where we just wouldn't get the value back had we done granite. Cost was reasonable and didn't vary from the original estimate despite coming for the 2nd trip.
