We had a great experience with Sierra Air. One night during the winter time the furnace decided to stop working and leave our house cold! It had been fixed it the past by another company but the loud noises and changing the heating temperature never seemed to work right, it was a sign of a crappy job. That same night we called Sierra Air and Alex came to our house, he was very professional and answered questions and relieved any concerns we may have had about the installation. We were also provided with a quote. He ensured to explain what was going to be done every step of the way. The Sierra Air team arrived on the scheduled install date and did an excellent job and was respectful of our home. The team also made sure to clean up afterwards. Alex personally followed up with us to ensure everything was done well. Let me add the remote control temperature was great! I highly recommend these guys.
