Over the past 2 months Hubbard Roofing installed a new roof and then new main floor windows and doors at my rental property in Capitol Hill, and I couldn't be happier. My first point of contact was Kelly and he is a true professional in every sense of the word. From communication, to explaining the process, to job specifics and timing, I couldn't have asked for more from Kelly. I then met with Albert, the window and door installer, and he was equally professional, the Hubbard guys were always on time, were always easy to communicate with, kept the job site very clean, and the finished project looks fantastic (price was also very competitive). I've had good and bad experiences with contractors of all sorts over the years, but never have I had an experience like this, it was top notch from start to finish. What more can I say but thanks to Kelly, Albert, Lisa and the rest of the Hubbard team! Oh, one last thing, I overpaid (my error) and they promptly called me to let me know and sent me the funds back immediately, that was the icing on the cake, I highly recommend hiring this company for any exterior work you may be considering.

After requesting a quote online, the son of the owner called me back, and showed up the next day. He came with a whole catalogue of types and colors of roof shingles. He also came with a book of all the addresses of homes the company has done and encouraged me to take down some of the addresses in my neighborhood to check out the work. Once I hired them, they wrote up a contract and outlined everything they would do (replace rotten boards, install new vents, etc) and the price they quoted me was the exact penny I paid. They did both my house and my garage. They said they would do it in two days, but on the second day it thunderstormed. So they covered everything up with plastic tarp, secured everything down, and returned promptly the next morning and finished the job. Clean up was amazing. I did not find one solitary nail on my lawn or anywhere in my property. They took all their garbage and the old shingles and boards. I would highly, highly, recommend this company.

I have contacted a few other companies for an estimate and had to wait a week or more just for the quote, until I contacted Hubbard Roofing. They came the same day, discussed some options, gave the estimate and even advised us on the best colour choice. The job was done within a week from receiving the quote and we could not be happier. I would recommend Hubbard Roofing to anyone looking to have work done on their home. I found out about them through a phone call directly from Hubbard Roofing, they were going to be out in my area doing free roof inspections & so I agreed to it knowing it needed replacing. They gentleman that did the inspection was very prompt, knowledgeable & professional. I went on to purchase the roof & the installers were wonderful, very professional, very polite, didn't leave any mess behind at all. Our new roof looks beautiful. did a reroof on my 25 year old house. they did an estimate and gave me options for different roofing materials. i went with 25 yr shingles. they started on time, finished in a day, repaired some parts of the roof and did an excellent job cleaning up.
