I have business with Flow Tek over five years. My house is very old and has basement floor drain back up almost every year due to heavy tree root issues. I called Sam for four times. Sam is always very reliable to send his associates to help me solve the problems in a timely manner. I really appreicate all his associates / technicians who I encountered. They are all very professional, pleasant, and nice. I particularly appreciate Nathanael and Timmy. They just helped me clear up the drain few days ago.
