Few weeks delayed service and did not install the work properly AC break down after 6 months due to improper install. Calle them multiple times and they promised to fix for months. I gave up after numerous calls and promises and someone else fixed their mess.

The owner is very knowledgeable and did great work with furnace install. Had some timing issue with install dates delayed but was work done was great at the end. Busy company but great work.

Installation of new Furnace/AC installed end of last year. Installation took three weeks more than promised install date. For two weeks he promised to show up next day every day but never showed up.
Cut electric wires, sealed them and never told us about them. Electrician found out the wired cut and stated it was cut during the furnace installation. Send the invoice of the damage repaired to the company they never responded.
Did not mount heat vents up on the ceiling. They all fall down.
New AC installed stopped working completely first time we try to use this year. Company does not want respond and fix the mess left behind.
My experience:
1) Broken promises.
2) Damage to the property and unwilling to respond
3) Not willing to fix a warranted service
