Our upstairs stair rail literally began falling apart after 8 years in our house. With 2 young children, we were obviously concerned and needed to get it fixed as soon as possible. We did not want to have to replace the pickets and rail and Leo was happy to use our existing pickets and rail. I was able to contact Leo immediately when I called. At his request, I sent him some photos of the railing. Within a few days, he came to our house and our railing is now safe and better than ever. Leo explained why it began falling apart (poor initial installation), ensured that everything was done properly this time. Moreover, he checked our entire stair rail leading to the basement and made repairs wherever necessary.
