I had a major disaster at my condo renovation site. This was an expensive property and required expertise and detail. The initial plumber I had did everything wrong, nothing was to code and pipes were a mess! The inspection failed! I called Elie on May 12, 2012 and he came to check out the site within 24 hours. I first asked if he had experience in plumbing condos and he told me he did and that was great to hear! He came and told me everything that was incorrect and gave me a fair price and a timeline of how long the job would take. He was true to his word! Did an amazing job, got a pass on the inspection on the last day and has followed up with me since, to ensure the project is proceeding well. I will not recommend anybody else for any future jobs except Elie!!!!

I had three running toilets and one had overflowed and water was all over the place. Elie was very prompt to return my phone call and set up an appointment with an estimate to repair the toilets. As scheduled the plumber came to my home and within two hours had all the toilets repaired and working properly. I would definitely recommend their services! They were extremely reliable and professional!

I can't say enough good things about Elie. We had a clogged drain on the long weekend. I thought it would be impossible to get a plumber on a holiday so I tried to fix it myself. I eventually gave up and contacted Elie through a referral. He showed up exactly on time and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. He was very professional, friendly, helpful and tidy. We needed a hose bib installed in the back yard and we called The Plumbing Expert. Elie was quick, reliable and efficient with the work we needed to have done. We would absolutely recommend The Plumbing Expert to anyone who needs work done.

Elie came in to replace a cracked hotwater pipe to a dishwasher, and the job expanded as we discovered the pipe fittings were no longer made, the sink drain pipe broke off from 40 years' corrosion, and so on...a householders' plumbing nightmare. Elie was great - he made a point of explaining the options, he worked late until it was finished, the result was very neat, and he surprised us with a bill lower than we expected. We expect to have him back for other work less urgent.

Looking for a plumber to repair our leaky faucet in our laundry sink, we turned to friends on the internet and asked for a recommendation. Elie came highy recommended by a work colleague. Elie showed up first thing in the morning the day after we called him. He examined the problem and gave us our options: functionable and cheaper or upgraded and more expensive. After discussing with him and taking his recommendation, Elie had the problem solved within an hour. In addition, he fixed another minor problem which I had not even mentioned to him on the phone. Reasonable rates. Personable guy. I would not hesitate to use Elie again or recommend him to others.

It's Saturday at 7 p.m. I had a leak in a downstairs shower. I had to turn off the water to the whole house. We thought we would be without water until at least Monday. I called The Plumbing Expert and Elie came over within 1 hour. He fixed a major problem in 30 minutes. He used new technology and fixed our problem. We woke up Sunday Morning and went as usual to have a shower. Went to turn the shower on the handle just kept turning and then finally pulled out of the wall. We called Elie on his cell phone and told him what happened. he left his family on a Sunday morning and came right over. Diagnosed the problem, had the part in his truck and was complete within 30 minutes. What a polite and professional man. The cost was very reasonable. Thank you so much.

Elie was quick to come over and give a free estimate for the work that I was hoping to get done. He gave good advice and answered all my questions in a clear and straight-forward manner with a competitive quote compared to another plumber that came over. I gave him the job of moving and up-sizing some existing bathroom/kitchen basement drains. He was able to dig up the old ones and replace and move them and pour the concrete to fix the slab in a single day. He came over the following day finished off running the new supply lines for the laundry, kitchen, vanity and shower. He did a good job and I would use him again... He also did a good job at staying in-touch during the project and letting me know when he would be available and when he was going to come over. Thanks Elie!
