shower handle broke off - could not turn on shower
We woke up Sunday Morning and went as usual to have a shower. Went to turn the shower on the handle just kept turning and then finally pulled out of the wall. We called Elie on his cell phone and told him what happened. he left his family on a Sunday morning and came right over. Diagnosed the problem, had the part in his truck and was complete within 30 minutes. What a polite and professional man. The cost was very reasonable. Thank you so much.

Thank you, I have seen alot in my life but completely was shocked to see that your moen shower control broke right off! the cartridges are made of plastic rubber and brass after a 12 year span and the only bathtub in the house being used the life expectancy was cut in half! most products last 25 years!
