I contacted Elie on June 23/16 in hopes he would give me a reasonable quote. He told me the exact amount for coming out and for the work. He was very flexible and honest over the telephone. He came to do the work on June 25/16 and took less than an hour. He won't stretch out the time to get more money out of you, or deceive you into replacing everything. Elie is extremely resourceful and explains to you what he is doing.
Do NOT cheap out on this type of work. Elie provided a high quality job. I will recommend him to others, and will call him again for future business!
