I went through a kitchen reno and called Marco plumbing on 3 separate occasions as part of the same reno and although they did a decent job, the overall price to do the work was too high as they didn’t take into consideration they were working on the same project. The first time they came to cut and cap existing pipes, the second time they did the installation of the kitchen faucet and under sink plumbing. Each time they came they charged their flat rate which I thought they could have shown some goodwill on since I was a repeat customer and they were coming back on the same project. They should have quoted a project cost for this work. When they came the second time, they charged over $100 for materials, yet used no copper piping, it was all PVC and the shut off valves used have plastic knobs, not even the better metal knobs. There seems to be a bit of gouging on the cost of materials.

The 3rd time they came it was because of some leaking that wasn’t due to their installation, they applied some caulking around the faucet which took all of 10 minutes and it cost almost $200. I understand that they have to be paid for their time, but they again demonstrated no consideration for the fact they already worked on my kitchen.

I’ve used Marco plumbing a few times in the past, but I think the cost of their materials is too high and they show no goodwill for repeat customers.

A weekend call because we needed work done for a sink install Monday. Despite his very long day, when he finished early, he still offered to help us for the rest of the hour (the minimum charge time), fixing a laundry pipe and advising us about finicky low-flush toilets. Helpful and honorable.

Sunday, Mothers Day, flush the toilet and interesting floaties bubble up on the basement floor.

Called Marco Plumbing Emergency Number and Brad answered tand said he could be at my house in about an hour.

Which he was ... 75 feet of snaking and boom ... things all better ... nice guy ... professional and you have to like someone who - same as me - has 3 cats

I was very pleased with the service and price. Also when you have a plumbing issue you usually need service now. Brad was excellent and very personable and explained what was wrong and how he fixed it. I would absolutely use them again and I have already passed the work to 3 friends who wanted to have a reliable plumber.

Tap to hot water heater was leaking & flooding basement. They were the first to come up on internet & the only one who could come that day. Service was fast, efficient & expensive compared to other quotes I received, but as noted they were the only ones ready to come same day. If it is an emergency situation use Marco. If you have time shop around for a better price. Could consider offering a Seniors discount. Was asked to mention the name Mat who was friendly & knowledgeable.

We have used A. Marco Plumbing on several occasions and have always been very satisfied. They are prompt, their plumbers are courteous and knowledgeable, and they always do an excellent job.

Called Marco Plumbing at 730am and they sent someone out and within 30 minutes a plumber was at my door. My technician Matt came in and examined the leaky faucet and determined it was an issue with the cartridge. He took off the hardware and fixed the issue in the wall within 30 minutes, he throughly explained the issue to me and showed me step by step exactly how he was going to replace the part. He was professional, and friendly and cleaned up after the job was complete. Highly recommend this company to anyone

11pm at night and suddenly no water was coming out of any of our hot water taps. I called several "24/7" plumbers on the Home Stars site, only to find that they weren't actually 24/7. However, a person from Marco immediately picked up the phone, and promised someone within an hour. And an hour later, Mat showed up. He worked efficiently to find the source of the problem (there was a sediment buildup in the copper leading in to the hot water tank), and within an hour, problem solved. He also fixed our kitchen sink faucet, which for the first time since I can remember now has decent water pressure. I was very happy with the service.

Our Kitchen drain clogged, creating no usable sink or dishwasher. I spent a day with a rented snake, and You tube video instruction, but to no avail. Called Marco Plumbing, and a rep arrived within an hour. He was polite, and knew his trade. In less than an hour, pipes were unclogged, and we were back in business. Than you.
